I had full intellectual property responsibility for four companies within J&J:
- the Vistakon disposable contact lens business,
- Iolab intraocular lenses,
- Site Microsurgical ophthalmic surgery,
- Therakos extracorporeal photopheresis.
I launched a full-scope patent system to identify and protect the intellectual property of the newly formed and fast-growing Vistakon disposable contact lens business.
